Returns

General Merchandise Returns

• Prior approval from the Campus Store must be obtained before items may be returned. Please call 1-800-252-1927.
• Please call immediately should you receive defective or damaged materials. Any shipping discrepancies or damages must be reported within 10 days. We will provide information about returning the items and obtaining replacements. Please retain all packaging materials for possible inspection. Defective and damaged materials should be returned within 30 days after notifying the Campus Store.
• All materials must be returned with a copy of the invoice and must be in good sellable condition (undamaged and unmarked).
• All standard store items may be returned within 90 days of receipt .
• All items must be in new condition and sealed in the original packaging.
• On the invoice, please circle the items being returned and note the quantity of each item being returned as well as the reason for return and the request for credit or replacement.

Textbook Returns

• All textbooks ordered online may be returned in-store only. All returns and exchanges must be made before the store closes on the first friday of classes.
• Textbooks must be in original condition, i.e. in original shrink-wrapping, etc.
• Students must have a copy of the order confirmation or invoice when returning textbooks ordered online.
